When the Tintin: the secret of the unicorn movie launched, Ubisoft was working on the game production in partnership with Paramount Pictures.

The Ubisoft studio in Barcelona, Spain was taking care of the port for the Nintendo 3DS.

As a portable console the Nintendo 3DS had technical limitations: a less powerful GPU that needed to do twice as much work as other platforms because of the stereoscopic screen (rendering 2 cameras simultaneously).

My role was to port the entire cinematics to a lightweight version that would still be appealing and up to the franchise quality standards validated by Paramount Pictures, following the look of the feature film.
