After my involvement on the successful Assassin’s Creed franchise game production at Ubisoft Mobile and because of my involvement in Ubisoft’s proprietary game engine development, I was sent to the India based studio in order to drive the development of the new Prince of Persia mobile game reporting to the line producer and CTO in Paris HQ.

World class franchise, in 2010 the Prince of Persia movie grossed over $300 million worldwide.

As a creative manager my role was to set the vision and objectives for the game, pitch and validate objectives with Ubisoft HQ, assess technical feasibility, inspire and challenge the team and execute production in collaboration with the producer and studio managing director.

During my involvement, we managed to take the project to production by successfully going through mandatory milestones,  involving funding totalling €1m :

  • First prototype proposal
  • Presentation to business team
  • Go to production
One of the main challenges was to design a product for the mobile gaming market audience, while staying true to the standards of the Prince of Persia franchise.
